I would think so, if you're applying for a joint loan.
Who is "one of you"

I doubt a member of this site being overdrawn will effect your loan application.
think it would depend on whether it's an "authorised" overdraft or not. If it is, don't see why it should cause a problem

if it is not the person applying for the loan, then it wont matter at all
depends - loans are credit scored so if it is with the bank of the person overdrawn and they do it frequently they may fail the score. If with another financial institution it should only affect the app if there is adverse info with credit agency

thanks for the advice, hopefully it won't be a problem.
I got a mortgage with a massive overdraft so there must be other things that work in your favour to counter-balance it.
