High waisted jeans stop saggy bums?!

I always buy jeans that fit perfectly fine but after a while they go really saggy and baggy at the bum.. and i mean really saggy! It looks so bad. I know i also buy jeans too big so need to start buying them smaller size but im not sure if just buying it in a smaller size will help them to stay fit? I heard high waisted jeans stop them going saggy? Any ideas??

I think it depends on the make and the fit. I have just started buying Per Una Roma jeans and they are brilliant and don't go saggy at all. Anything else falls off as the day progresses unless I belt them in tightly at the waist to hold them up and then I look like a farm wormker!!

I think that waisted jeans or just below the waist jeans do tend to fit better and you don't get the low crotch, builders bum thing going on.

Denim relaxes when it has been worn for a while, buying a smaller size will reduce the problem, I would say dont buy a pair too small though, they might stay tight but you will probably walk funny.....
