A really hard multiple anagram puzzle...

I posted this, from my last night's pub quiz, in Chatterbank very late last night, but thought I'd repost it here for anybody who missed it. Last night it was solved in 19 minutes. Can anybody do better?
A Hogwarts Spell!
I’ve taken the names of fourteen actors and actresses who have appeared regularly in the Harry Potter films and made anagrams of them all. I’ve then put all the anagrams together end-to-end and added punctuation to confuse you! Identify the 14 names in the order in which they appear. To help you the numbers of letters in each of the 14 names are (in no particular order): (3,9) (4,8) (6,8) (5,7) (6,9) (6,9) (5,7) (7,6) (4,6) (6,6,6) (5,7) (5,7) (6,5) (4,7)
No real charm beneath rabble. No erotic orgy. I am a slimmer. Blame manic hog devil! Drab day opens. Mammoth woman mates with sad devil in plane. Fresh images might alarm. Can ink deface drain? Fill bed job. Martin rules wet jail.
