I suspect that your question really belongs in either 'Quizzes & Puzzles' or 'Crosswords' (as this section is really for announcements of offers & competitions) but mis-posting isn't particularly important.

However it does help us to know what your question is about. For example, is it a cryptic crossword clue or, perhaps, a quiz identifying places around the UK? Is it indeed one clue 'church clock with two faces built from junk' or two separate clues?

I know of a church clock with three faces (in Beccles, Suffolk) but it might not be relevant here.
