Local Cryptic Xmas Quiz

Have been puzzling over this local Christmas quiz for a couple of weeks & last few are really bugging me. All answers are associated with Christmas. There are no clues as to the number of letters.

1. Different chain on it lass!
2. Tailors smoothing iron
3. Does she take her alcohol lying down
4. Woman gets points in more ways than one

A tailor's goose is the name given to a tailor's smoothing iron.
I suggest you type "tailor's goose" into Google Images and you'll be able to view lots of examples.

Struggling with the last one - have been through girls names and points of the compass.
Am wondering if it is something to do with Poinsettia - that has points in it but cannot make any other connection
