what about a few days away, somewhere she enjoys, or a meal out with the family, difficult one really, when you get to 60 you don't need a lot, I know, had my 60th a few months ago!................I had lots of lovely flowers from the family, and really enjoyed them, if you're really stuck, then a lovely flower arrangement is always well received!.........I was lucky, I got all of the above!..............
What about a photo book? I got my daughter one for her 21st from snapfish - I put pictures in it from when she was a baby up until now - took awhile to do but its brilliant!
something from her nieces and nephews if teenagers or younger - and if she has no kids, a nice family black and white photo of your tribe in a high quality (plain) silver frame....(then the pic stands out more).
We put the family 35mm onto DVDs for ours...wasnt cheap but well worth it as it gave us Xmas presents for my siblings.
hate the thought of the fish manicure!..............my friend had one!.....hated it!.............the thought of little fish nibbling at my feet fills me with dread!............
Afternoon tea, possibly with champagne, at a really upmarket hotel - a lovely experience and it can be shared with other (usually) female members of the family. A lovely day to remember.
Tea at the Ritz. A day at The Sanctuary in Covent Garden. A flying lesson. A professional photo session. Eurostar to Brussels, moules at Chez Leon in the Grand Place and a visit to Leonidas chocolate shop (the best chocolates in the world)
