Does anyone know how I would go about it. Would I need the Biological Father's permission who left when my Son was 6 weeks old and not seen him since he was 1yr but pays CSA. (My Son is now nearly 11).

yes. you will need the father's permission. You will stop receiving CSA because the child will no longer be its father's child - you will have given him a new father, who will continue to be responsible for him, even if you split up
And at 11 your son would have an opinion.
