Following on from shopping in one's pjs , what is it with young women and their glorious hair stuck into what is apparently called ' a messy bun' ? Messy being the operative word, lazy and unsightly I call it. And other thing, people who don't brush their hair at all. . Women with ladders and holes in their tights, people sporting clothing that looks mucky. Dare I say it, un-ironed and creased clothes. I don't always look my best ( which is why God invented hats ) but when I venture to the corner shop looking a fright, I don't linger and would not venture into a town centre. These untidy folk seem oblivious to how they look. Bring back mirrors I say. Do all the scruffs live over here , or do you all have some ? Rant over.

Messy bun = fashionable?

I can't say I recall being surrounded by holey tights, unironed clothes or unbrushed hair - or maybe it's because I'm not bothered how others look. Maybe they've got important stuff going on and personal appearance is not top of their list of priorities?
>>>un-ironed and creased clothes

What's this 'ironing' thing that you speak of? I've not ironed anything yet this year!
I can't say that it bothers me at all if people have got messy hair or holes in their tights. It's their business. I go out looking very dishevelled sometimes, if as sher says, other things are more important.
Hi flump

According to the scruffy person, and in there eyes, they are the bees knackers and see themself as hollywood celebrities and nuffink is gonna change their mind.

And no....there are no scruffs in West Sussex .....perish the thought.
What Sherr said.....I have too much to think about without judging how other people dress or look. Each to their own flump
maybe its none of your business?
'Their' ^

We don't iron either. I don't understand why you are so riled - if you look smart all the time, then that's your criteria, not everyone else's!
Although I'm a divine Diva that looks stunning whenever I go out :o)
Can't say I am bothered by it.

So you go out looking a fright but don't venture far or linger long and that's ok- those that venture further and linger longer that's not ok?

I think I've understood you.
You're not sporting the tidiest of barnet's Yourself, flump

Erm Have you seen Chris's, Talbot?
Yeah, but he's not ranting about scruffy hair.
Good point :-)
I really like the messy bun.

Also the high pony, side pony, and the bed head.
I poked my toes thru both my UGG boots, I bought 2 new pairs one beige one black both Uggs as I thought they would last longer if I wore on alternate days, but if I am only going to the local shops round the corner I wear the ones with the holes as they are more comfy & I don't give a *** what people think, but I don't have a messy bun I put my hair in a plait so its always tidy and my clothes are ironed if they need to be. My late husband could not stand scruffy woman said they were a disgrace !
Takes a deep breath, pauses, but has to ask - what is a 'bed head' please?
It's what your hair looks like when you get out of bed Captain....
Bed head is when you make your hair all tousled, as if you've just got out of bed, you see.
(as mazie says)
