Do You Think My Punishment Is Too Harsh ? Or Should I Be Let Off As Its Christmas ?

2 weeks ago I was grounded, I sneaked out and came home drunk, my parents went mad and sentenced me to 5 days total lockdown, my parents locked me in my room because I sneak out so locking me in is the only way they can keep me in,
last weekend I served 2 days punishment, as it was Christmas my parents let me out of my room but said I must serve the rest of my punishment a week later, i behaved really well over Christmas, done chores etc, and told my parents i will never drink again and please please could i be let off my new year lockdown punishment, they agreed as long as i signed a contract saying if i misbehaved, or went near alcohol i would be punished with a mimimum of 3 days lockdown ( LOCKED IN MY ROOM ) i agreed , my parents even said i could go to a friends party last night, as long as i was back by 10pm ,
i came home at 11pm and my parents smelt alcohol on my breath, they went mad and i told my mum to *** off and to stick her new year party up her ***, now i am LOCKED UP in my room , my parents said i have betrayed their trust and i will be locked in my room for 5 days 3 for the original sentence an extra day for breaking the contract and an extra day for swearing at my mum.
my parents are having a new year party but i will NOT be allowed to attend as i will be spending it locked in my room , I AM LOCKED UP, FED UP and MISREABLE ,
do you think i am being punished too harshly
