I had mine done at a local dry cleaners (albeit by a friend who charged half price - �25 instead of �50) but it was a tough job as I had a big black stain from a diesel exhaust across the bottom of it and you wouldn't see it.
Think the peeps in that link are just trying to keep up the extortionate prices that wedding everything suppliers (Cakes makers, dress makers, reception venues, table dressers etc, get away with charging just because the word "Wedding" is involved, it's just like "Christmas" - Makes me mad, Grrrrr! :o)
