permanently? Was it to do with your work that you became disabled? Do you have the choice to be pensioned off under ill health grounds?
The two main benefits for people who are unwell are incapacity benefit and disability living allowance ... you would either have to say more about what is wrong, or try the benefits enquiry line for people with disabilities on 0800 88 22 00
