serious health question.............
12 Answers
well for a change i have a serious queston
i was cycling(as usual) today i have not been seriously for 6 days, but i find it easier, after a few days rest, today i did the same distance and time, 45 miles in 3 hours, which is usually around the south downs, so i'm not slacking honest, the only difference today was that i spent more going up the steeper hills
the problem was that when i was a mile from home, i started to feel dizzy, not too serious, but it was quite noticeable, i just wondered what might have caused it, i think it may be a little dehydration, but does anyone have any ideas??????
many thanks

Hello curly, ignore the flirty bints, how on earth do you manage 45 miles in 3 hours ? You must be super-fit, and I would say don't worry about a bit of dizziness. Tell me, if you ever do the London-Brighton bike ride, do you cycle all the way up Ditchling Beacon ? Last time I wandered up it gently pushing my bike and dragging from a can of Bud while a load of fit plonkers came rushing up in goggles shouting "clear the way clear the way !" and I thought they were all W--k--s"
lol super fit no,,, i can just cycle, i usually average 20ish mile an hour, if its flat, and no wind, but like to cycle up and down the hills on the country lanes, some of the hills your lucky to 6 mph up them, and i know what you mean about those "look at me" idiots in matching lycra, i have a marin, which is a urban bike, looks like a non suspensioned moutain bike, but its a road bike, that can take a bumps, and i do wear cycling shorts, but thats it, just a tee and a dayglo vest and whooly hat, and cycling gloves, it makes me laugh when i pass the cycling brigade
