No justice!!

My ex husband has not only physically and emotionally abuse myself, and my child. He sexually abused my daughter(evidence from 3 medical professionals(again police say they can't do anything), phyiscally harm my son at 5 months old by trying to suffocate him and drop him from a great height, was found with over 100 indecent images of children on his computer, yet the judge has allowed him to get off with it all and has said he's safe to have contact with my son who is now 3yrs with alot of medical problem. The police didn't even take the computer business to the CPS.Where is the justice in this country? And the safety of the children. This man is a monster!!!!!!

It's difficult to believe that you, your daughter and son have been treated with such injustice.
Can I suggest that you contact the Child Protection Team at the Social Services Department of your local council. You will find them in phone directory.
I really cannot understand why the police took no further action as I would have expected them to refer a serious complaint like this to Social Services.

Wendys thank you for your view but believe me, I have done all that you have suggested already that's why i put the question on here, to see if anyone could give me any other advice. Police say insufficate evidence, due to refusal to answer the questions. Also his witness lied in court that's why he got off with the ABH, I wasn't not prepared at the time to ask my 11 yr old daughter to be my witness, a court room isn't the place for a child. But I'm not going to give up as their are other families or children that he can do the same to. Social service have decided that from what they have heard from myself and doctors it is clear that the children have been subjected to repeated emotion and physical abuse, and that my daughter has been sexually abused but still aren't doing anything not if putting a proctection order on the children. I can't give up for the children's sake.
