swimming nappies

has anybody used the little swimmers nappies and if so are they any good, taking my grandson swimming and wondered what was best. many thanks

Yep I use, or rather Mini Boo use, the ones called Little Swimmers, I can't for the life of me think who makes them now though!

i have bought some but they dont seem any different to ordinary nappies, but i'll give them a try. thanks boo for your answer

Believe me they are different. I once mistakenly bought trainer pants instead of little swimmers for Mini Boo, and didn't notice till her entire backside swelled like a balloon in the baths. She didn't find it amusing, I on the other hand was doubled up in hysterics.

ha ha i can just imagine! theya re made by huggies. just didnt want to go in the water and the contents of his nappy fall out!

I used these on my 18 week old last week gina and they are really good although perhaps I should wait until he actually poos in them before I say they're good :)

We've used them since my daughter started going swimming at 6 months and they're fine. However, I don't think they should stay in them for ages - my sister says she thinks they only recommend about half an hour to an hour but that should be plenty of time for a little one to spend in the water. We did have one leakage on holiday when she did a huge poo, but luckily swimming lessons normally fit in with her daily cycle!

Its huggies who make them and i have found them to be good.
My son poo'd in them when i used them last year, obviouly took him out pool when he did and it was fine and still instact adn easy to take off him!!! thank god!

i swear by huggies little swimmers they are great catch what ever the toddler throws out if ya know what i mean lol!!! they have little characters on too like nemo and poh bear my little boy thinks there great!!!
