we want to hire a cottage for the new year week in devon/cornwall and the average quote is 500. is this a fair price? we dont want to fly abroad as one of the grandsons is six months old but we are aware of the big risks with the weather
do you know of a cottage that you would recommend

Hi Terence,

Have a look at the link below. I have seen a good number of cottages for the week you want at less than 500

http://www.holidayhomenet.com/cottages-uk.html
For cottage holidays I always use english country cottages.
They have always been really good for me and I have used them a lot (3 times this year alone). If you go on line at www.english-country-cottages.co.uk
you can select by region / amount of people going and get prices / check availability.
