Toys for Plane Ride

Does anyone have any suggestions on what types of toys to bring on a plane ride for a 1 year old?

You have my sympathy.
How long a journey? Combine 15-minute activities, in-flight movies if provided, 'now let's go to the toilet', 'now let's see the nice stewards',, 'let's read a story', etc but it will be a tough one for you and the babe. I really don't think small kids and airline travel mix well. Try your best but you will be weary by the end. I hope it is a short flight!

It's a 2 hour flight. This is the 3rd time she's been on a plane, however during the last 2 flights, she was less active than she is now.

what about some crayons and paper. or how about buying one of those disposable cameras the cheap ones and let her have fun with one of them. my sons love to just try and look through and press button keeps them amused for ages.does she like them wooden jigsaw that you have to match the pieces

Can a one year old crayon, do a jigsaw and take photos with a camera?
