Tax credits online renewal

Has anyone noticed that you cant renew your credits online at the moment, my therory is that they will be inundated this year by online applicants whereas the postal ones can be taken time with. It just seems coincidence that its renewal time and the site is down, what does anyone else think?

yep its crap especially when you phone them and spend ages trying to speak to someone
