What should I do? Some friends of mine are teaching their 3 children (aged 9 to 15) how to roll cigarettes and smoke marajuana.

My sister could roll mu dads ciggerettes (he's long since given up) when she was 11 and possibly a bit younger. She used to love just sitting there rolling them for him and I think he was perversely sort of proud... He never asked her to skin up that I'm aware of but I reckon she could, she had great technique!

My father certainly never encouraged any of us to smoke and as stated middle sister never did. Baby sister and myself were the smokers.

Middle sister knew it made dad happy so I guess it depends on degrees... If you've actually seen and have proof of them encouraging kids to light up then report it.

when you report it, just say, i would like to be kept anonymous, they are obliged to i believe its the law.

yes snags, I think talking to FRIENDS and showing that you care and disapprove of what they are doing is a damn site better than reporting them to the police or social services which could end up with prison sentences or having their children taken away from them.It may be morally bad at that age and unhealthy but they're not teaching them to inject heroine,for heavens sake. How many 15 year olds smoke anyway?

9 year olds shouldn't! Also, I've seen what a waste of space their uncles have become being brought up like that.

Do you know much about the rest of their background ?
eg. are they generally loving/caring with each other?
