force house sale
Hi,
I jointly own a house 50 / 50 with an ex partner she has a 16 and 6 year old from a previous relationship.
She is currently living in the property with her children, and has changed the locks so I cant access the property even to collect my belongings.
She has been paying the mortgage since i left, and is not interested in selling the property.
I have severed the joint tenancy and now want to go to court to force sale on the house.
I cant afford to pay a solicitor to do this for me, as I have been told it will cost between 5-10K.
Can I do it myself? All I want to do is get rid of my house so I can move on with my life!!!
Thankyou in advance for any responses.
