he told me he's going to free up some capital to pay for his grandchildren's school fees, but he's staying put for now and NOT selling (Hurray!) - He also is going to say (and i'm SO pleased about this) - that he's going to pay the school fees by Direct debit straight to the school, and anything paid out now, obviously will be in not be in his (sons) inheritance when the time comes. I only wish I could see his sons face when told this....still - he's staying put and that's good enough for me!!

I've put this in family, although I'm not.....
