Hola! (Yeah, I'm multi-lingual).

Need some ideas for a present for my nephew who will be 3 on Sunday. I've asked my sister but she is in a mood with me so wasn't very helpful. I don't know what he is really into at the minute, it used to be Cars (the movie) and Toy Story but I think he is bored of them now. Needs to be something I can post easily without too much cost (unless someone wants to courier to Cannock for free for me?) and my limit is up to £30 although less if possible.

Any suggestions would be great! I am driving past Toys R Us on the way home so can stop in there and pick something up.

I got him a Buzz costume a few months ago and he refused to wear it until very recently. The same with a Cars hoody I bought him. Maybe it's just me. lol.
a Voucher might be best milly then your Sister can get something for the little one
Question Author
Hang on. Did I miss something there.....
How about a garden toy seeing as it's nearly summer.

I know that's not easy to post but I think if you order from somewhere like Argos online you can arrange for it to be delivered straight to your sister's house

Yeah that's not a bad idea actually. I got him a swing last year and he loved it. Plus, with him and his baby sister, there isn't much room left in the house as it is. Will have to have a look and see what's around.

I've never really liked sending vouchers Mazie but I may just do that if I can't find anyhing suitable.

Ahh that's awesome. I bet he would love that! Thanks Pinki! I think he's a bit young for wine though ;o)
Bubble machines are great but ours sounded like marbles in a blender - very noisy. The wee yins would have kept it on all day but I could only take a few minutes at a time. they're probably not all like that though.

We had one of these -

and it was well used. It's On offer too so it will look like you've spent loads when in reality, as Pinki said, you'll have money left over for important things like alcohol.

I don't know where you lot get the idea I'm some sort of wino from! :o)

Oh man, that activity centre is soooo cool! I want one. I will pop into Toys R Us still. Just to get a proper look at the toys of course, not because I want to play with stuff or anything childish like that. Ah hem.

Yeah, he must like Thomas. Every little boy loves Thomas don't they?
how about something like this, can be used outside or in

Oooohhh. It should have occured to me when asking this that I might like every suggestion and want to get them all for him. Good job I don't have a credit card any more!
Sorry, shouldn't judge you by my own standard : )

A few Christmasses ago one wee yin got one of these electronic puppies that does tricks. That night my husband and I were lying on the floor with a glass on wine in hand shouting instructions at it when we heard an little noise from the door way. Looked round and they were both standing watching us playing with their toy and giggling like loons.Don't think they believed that we were just testing it for suitability.
