my ex wont put my name on newborn sons bith certificate and is being diffucult with access

Once a Declaration of Parentage is issued a copy is automatically sent to the General Register Office, resulting in a re-registration of the child's birth.

you dont have to make an appointment here you just walk in , and shes told me shes done it already , and i call being difficult arranging on 3 seperate occasions for me to visit and cancel an hour before because her friend is coming over shes 33 and already has a son he is my first child .
