I have just read about the biggest pillow fight! About 1,000 stressed office workers and students joined a mass pillow fight in China. They were handed pillows at the door and wrote on them the names of their bosses, teachers, exam subjects or whatever was stressing them out. What do you do de-stress? x

Similarly just grabbing a random bus somewhere (living in the city there are loads all over the place round here) and sitting there with my music on, similar effect. I don't drive so guess it's my equivalent.
Quite often if I'm feeling crappy after a day, coming home to the cats just cheers me up.
