baby formula
hi, is there some government edict which says baby formula must always be sold for the same price? Are there ever any offers on it, or does the breastapo make sure there isn't?

Have googled but can't find anything, maybe it's a supermarket agreement/guideline, rather than law. Is Phoebe home, is she all settled?
Wonderful, you must be so happy.
Just found this, apparently it's a WHO edict
