My name is Bart and I have a 20 year old friend who has scoliosis.I come from Poland and in my country I would know what to suggest to him(for example correction exercises).Is there something like correction exercises in England for adults?

Hey Bart,

It's really sweet of you to be concerned.  A scoliosis is a medical problem and if your friend is going to try the alexander technique that Otrere gave a link to, I'd like to suggest that he only does it under supervision.  He should see a physiotherapist who can suggest where to go next.
