My friend has just sent me this text.


"Daughter needs a book to use for her final major project, it doesn't have to be a great story as long as it has some strong characters and ideally a piece that provides several different eras so something that follows someone's life from early to up to date or maybe something set in 2 or more different periods. Any suggestions? Thanks."


Anyone got any ideas. She'd rather the early side of life was teenage/young adult, it's for a photo shoot and she doesn't want to work with children.
