How do you work out how many weeks pregnant you are??

Do you count from last period or from conception?

Hi lilyfrog, you count from the first day of your last period.  Techncially you are 40 weeks pregnant, with the due date being approximately 2 weeks either way.

First day of last period plus 9 months plus 7 days.  This is how my due date was calculated and I gave birth on that very day.

Shenin is correct, your usually ovulate 7 days after your first day of your last period.
