I have spoken on here before about menopause, I have another question I am 56 my last blood test showed my hormones as normal, I am still having monthly periods and have only missed 2 in a year, my question is I take 1300mg of eve primrose oil everyday and I have read it helps balance hormones, could this be delaying the menopause?

I went on as normal till I was 54 then they just stopped, I took EP, 1500mgs, for years. Don't know if that was owt to do with it, I swear it helped though.

In contrast, I took nothing and was lucky enough to suffer no problems at all. It was all done for me during my 50th year.
