Fun Summer Things To Do With My Cousins?

Hi i am trying to think up some fun ideas\things to do with my cousins (a girl and a boy 10 - 11) but im not really sure how to go about it or what i should do.. Best answer goes to the one with the most ideas.
Id really like to do the whole Crafting with household items thing or really interesting attention grabbing stuff that doesnt cost alot that we can do at home open to almost all suggestions!!! Would love some answers ASAP! Thanks!

I used to enjoy building kites then flying them when the weather was better. Cheap bamboo sticks from Wilkos, plastic bags, sellotape and a ball of string. Fun for all.
