Toileting Problem With Leonberger Puppy!!

Can you please help with this....
My 8 month old leo who has been sleeping on blankets within her crate, has now outgrown the crate. She needs a good dog bed, like my adult leo. The problem is whenever she has slept on a soft dog bed in the past, she likes to wee on it. That is why, we resorted to just using blankets within the crate, and not a doggy bed.
Does anyone know of anything on the market, that I could get for her to sleep on,which is quite firm, instead of using just blankets on the floor?!!
I would really appreciate your help with this one please!
Also, we need a tough bed which would stand a bit of chewing!!

Hello scruffbag, perhaps you might like the bed I use for my lurcher. I got it from Amazon its called a Waterproof Dog Bed {by Red Bone} its really a foam mattress covered in a zipped waterproof cover (I put a blanket or 2 on top aswell). It has been ideal for when my dog has a seizure and wets himself. For the large size it costs £19.99 plus £5.50 shipping, which arrived in two days.
