My six year old went to play at a friends house along with an older boy of nine when they came to my house i found they had both stolen some cars from the boys house so i made them take them back he has plenty of cars of his own he didnt need them do you think the older boy is leading him astray he is quite foreward should i stop him seeing him.

You did the right thing to make them take the cars back. I hope you talked with the parent of the boy whose cars were stolen, and with the parent of the 9yo friend, and with your son.

Victim's parent should know to keep an eye on what happens next time Sonny and 9 are visiting, and should interview Victim to hear his side of the story.

9's parents should know what happened -- don't blame their son, say the two boys did it together. Tell them how you handled it -- maybe they are at a loss of how to react, and seeing what you did will help them in future.

Your son has probably been impressed with your reaction and knows he's not going to get away with this again. Now that time has passed and tempers have settled, ask him how it happened, whose idea it was, whether he's done it before, whether 9 has talked about it or done it before. Help him figure out for himself how to respond next time a pal suggests doing something he knows to be wrong.

Friendly suggestion -- you might have gotten more response to your question if you had used punctuation -- at least periods at the ends of sentences. It is very hard to read what you wrote.
