Christmas Film - Anyone know the title?

This is a children's film which involves Santa clause and his two daughters.
One daughter is evil and wants to ruin Christmas and the other daughter is kind and caring.
The kind daughter is sent to earth to bring joy to a family which include a father and his two children (on boy, one girl). They all breakdown in a car
and are stranded, they find an old wooden lodge. Near the end of the film the lodge some how starts to burn down and the father gets trapped and could possibly die. Santas kind daughter however saves his life by stopping time. However when she does this she becomes mortal for ever and spends her life with that family.

Sounds like 'Once upon a Christmas' was one of those made for tv films (there is also a sequel called 'Twice upon a christmas')
