I started taking this on 24th last week I took it in the morning but now I'm reading th that it's supposed to be taken at night which nobody told me I've had extreme tiredness and drowsiness and nausea and headaches a sore neck and a kidney infection I can only take progesterone because of my heart condition I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced side effects .

I'm not an expert, but my feelings are that you can take it at ANY time of the day.

In my opinion the symptoms that you are describing are nothing to do with the pill and almost certainly due to a UTI.

No, I have never taken the pill myself.
