Hi, I have lots of symptoms of pregnancy such as, feeling sick, emotional, headaches, slight period aches & feeling bloated & slightly tender boobs!etc etc. I haven't had a period since I miscarried last year in March,(so I can't tell by my periods as a guide!) I have done a pregnancy test & it showed a very faint line on one side & strong line on the other(strong line was the not pregnant line), which would suggest (i would assume) that I am not pregnant..Or would it? Should I do another in a couple of weeks or go to the Doks? Or just ignore it?

try it again in a week or so because i had a very similer experience to yours and the line didnt show to say i was pregnant but when i did the 2nd test a week later it was positive. but i wasnt having proper periods either and thought it wasnt possible to get pregnant untill you have a regular cycle but i had a baby girl to prove otherwise. good luck

Even a faint line should mean you are pregnant ~ only if there is no line at all means you aren't (in my experience) But yes, do another test in a few days as HCG hormones will get stronger & show a darker line.

pippa both lines have shown up for her but she says the darker one is the NOT pregnant line so the faint line is obviously the line to say the test has been done correctly

Ok, sorry about that ~ obviously a new-fangled PG test I haven't heard about or seen..it's been such a long time since I did one!

most preg test are pretty acurate but you docter can give you a blood test to comfirm any answer and theses are prob 100% acurate, or some chemist will do a test for you.

my friend just found out she is pregnant when she did her test the line was very faint so you could be pregnant i would think.When she did the next test she was advised to do it in the morning
