Alternative christening present
Has anyone any suggestions for an alternative christening present? (I've thought of a star / tree) The family are youngish (25/27) but very traditional, I'm a mate of the mother, but would prefer not to do the normal thing - sliver, collectables...
Its a baby boy with a welsh name, just under a year old and I imagine has a lot of things!
Help!
Cheers

An Italian Charm bracelet with his name on. They can fit children and then grow with him as you add links.

Have a look at a baby gift capsule from www.timecapsulegifts.co.uk . It makes a really special christening present and is a bit different!!
What about a life casting kit - great fun & a lovely memory.

I received a beautiful Nappy Cakes when my little one was born it was full of goodies and looked fantastic when they delivered it (much better then flowers!!). I have seen them on http://www.baby-gifts-online.co.uk/Nappy_Cakes _s/35.htm - they also do the baby casting kits with full support if the parents go wrong!
