waxing while pregnant

Hi I am 14 weeks pregnant and usually get a brazillian and tummy wax is this safe to do now?

I got waxed on my tummy and bikini line when I was pregnant, and my little girl is now 2yrs old. So I'd say yes, but speak to your beautician first as they might use different types of wax.

I was told that it can be more sensitive when you are pregnant - don't know if it is true or not as I didn't notice any difference in pain for my legs or bikini line when I was pregnant - but I've never dared to go brazilian so can't advise as to the safety or painfulness of this!

hi i am a beauty therapist. i do perform waxing on pregnant ladies and have had no probs at all. however i would advise you to inform the therapist when you book the treatment just to check with her that she is okay with it. i do not see a problem at all. however it can be more sensitive... good luck!
