how come you being victimised???

Maybe through temping agancies - you just say you can work for a certain amount of time and they find a job that allows this. Ive been in a few agencies through uni and they just find me work for a months or few weeks here and there as and when i need them.

Although saying that i dont think its right that you should feel that you have to leave your current employment because you feel victimised!!

My advice would be to stay put and contact ACAS regarding this - it could be construed as constructive dismissal, for which you could have a claim against your employer - let ACAS advise you on the best move

how do i find this ACAS? do you really think ive a case? they say i make stupid excuses for off work, even ifs its morning sickness?

can i use my 2 wk hoilday as my 2 wks notice??

If you are suffering badly from morning sickness then see your GP, they may sign you off work for a few days.

Stay with the company you are working for! They are sSO wrong vicimising you and it is against the law. Have they done a health and safety risk assessment for you? This should be done as soon as you inform them of your pregnancy. Get in touch with your local citizens advice bureau, they'll give you loads of advice. I rang ACAS first and they werent much help but now theyre involved in my case. Im pregnant and was victimised, i left my job and couldnt get another, nobody wants to employ a pregnant woman even though this is wrong. Im now taking my previous employer to a tribunal, i know i'll get compensation but its a stressful thing to go through, especially when youre pregnant!
