Family games
Hi all! Sorry but I'm going to mention the C word! Doing some early Christmas shopping and I'm looking for recommendations for board games for the family.
2 adults, a 3 year old and an 8 yr old.
With the age gap ( the kids that is, we as adults welcome any excuse to play kids games!) I'm finding it hard to find a game that we can all enjoy and preferably one that doesn't take 5 mins to play or all night and one that we will still enjoy playing a few years down the line.
What in your eye's is the best family game to get?
Thanx for any ideas :o)

It is hilarious and what's even better is when the kids have gone to bed and you have friends around for drinks, it gets even funnier when you have all had a few. Frustration is still a hit in our family too.
Not a board game but great for all ages is Jenga. Adults hope the tower won't fall and kids hope it will!
We had a dinosaur bingo came which involved a spinner with pictures of the dinosaurs rather than a dice which the kids loved.
This isn't quite the one but it's a similar idea
