Its basically cheese and tomato pizza with loads of toppings - mushroom, onion, peppers etc all chopped so finely that they can't tell what they're eating. When one particular friend comes for tea I put all the veggies into a blender and make it almost sloppy before chucking loads of cheese on top. Sounds disgusting but his little mate won't eat it any other way and it only takes a couple of minutes to do. Good luck.
The only way I can get my children to eat fruit is to let a tub of vanilla ice-cream melt, then stir in pure fruit puree of your choice and then re-freeze the the tub of ice-cream! That way the kids think they are only eating ice-cream. It works. I did try making 'carrot' muffins but they hated them.
does your toddler only eat meat and fish then? What about potato? try mashed sweet potato or swede. Does he/she eat chips? Try roasting chunks of carrot, pepper, sweet potato and parsnip in a little olive oil. Make them look like anything other than veggies.
Fruit, smoothies as someone suggested or maybe make fruit dips. Again cut up different pieces of fruit and put with a chocolate sauce dip or something.

i to have had this problem dont push too hard its easy to get hung up on how much fruit and veg your little one is eating .try involving them in the cooking process if you can discover food together that they like along the way use i to your advantage and rember one mouth full is better than none .my son is fond of mash with cheese and brocoli all mashed together and loves to help in the kitchen i found it was not only a good way to get him to eat different food but its a lot of fun. they are never too young to help out it might get a little messy but they are learning to experiment and try new things even if it not allways a sucess
there is a lot of worry for parents today and one of them is food always make sure there is fruit displayed in the house make lots of carrot cake rice crispie cakes with fruit in them the list is endless but most of all give them good whole fruit juice and enjoy your child, this way the pressure will be taken off them and you to provide everything society says you should not every child will like fruit and veg just keep trying at intervals and as you know the best thing that you can give them is love they will all eat it in the end.
