my partner and i were together for 8 years we brought a house together in which the morgage and deeds to the property are in both names,his ex has made life so hard for us that ididnt trust him anywhere near her they have three children who she stopped staying at our house in which he agreed noe every other weekend he has to stay at his mums house to have them and im left at home,we had a big argument three weeks ago and havent spoken since,he has told my mum that he doesnt want to be with me anymore and that he will only move out if i buy him out the trouble is i have two children by a privious partner and even though i work full time i can not afford to do that he is making my life hell

can you not resolve this? this all seems over his ex surely that isnt enough to split you up. Is it that bad for his to stay at his parents house every other weekend if it means he gets to see his kids?

he doesnt even speak to me when he stays at his mothers for the weekend,i have his ex telling me that she is with him to yet he says that she isnt and she is just trying to cause trouble as she doesnt want to see us getting on the trouble is he wont even soeak to me and i realy do not want to loose him but he doesnt want to know me he says he loves me but he doesnt want to be with me, do you think he may just be angry at what has happened

sounds like he's either looking for an excuse or he is still ruled by his ex, you need to get together and find out what is going on.
