very nurvuos asking people things like this but you are all great help thankyou. i live with my partner at the moment but we are trying to save up to get a bigger place so we can all live together so should i sing so i know they are safe and not in care somwhere with strangers. i think its in their best intrest somone tell me or give me advice on the best thing to do for them.

If you think it is in their best interests to stay with family then sign the form.

It isn't always easy to 'get them back' as the main priority is the children. If you have a major illness or cannot cope with the children then it is better for them to be somewhere else. But do keep in contact, of course.
