I took chlomid then I had a period the I was given chlomid again 50mg for 5 days only to found out I am pregnant while using the second prescription.

Please advise of the side effects of using chlomid while being pregnant.

The best person to ask would be your GP. A Pharmacist may know, but usually they will refer you to your GP in such a situation.
