moving overseas

I am a 39 year old barber / hairdresser who has always had the dream of moving away from my native Scotland.I feel if I dont make the move soon I never will ,I have 2 children 6 and 10 and a wife so I cant take this lightly,although I have a trade I would love to do anything that would support my family,I am soon to sell my house which will give me around a 35 to 40 thousand pound profit ,can anyone give me any advice on which country would be easyest for me to succeed ,spain was always my first choise but anywhere with a better lifestile for my family would make us happy ,thank you
