Hi All

Me again. Out of curiosity, when did your little 'un's start getting their teeth and what order did they come in? Baby Picky is 7 months, and has had 6 teeth for about 5 weeks now - 4 at the top and 2 at the bottom, with the top ones coming through first. He got 3 in a day and then the other 3 over the 3 days after that (it was much fun for him, bless his heart). Whenever anyone sees them, they always seem amazed he's got so many so young (although I know that some babies are born with them - my cousin had a full set when she was born!)

Just wondering.....

My boy got his really late, his first one at about 10 months and then almost one at a time. He only got his back ones when he was 2.5yrs.
I have a friend who has a 9 mth old and he has most of his already.
My nephew is 7 months old and has 4 teeth now. If memory serves me right, Im sure my daughter was about 6 months old when she got her first couple of teeth. Its the same with everything else, every baby is different.

Wouldnt it be nice if they were all born with their teeth though? No more going through all the problems and sleepless nights with teething! lol
Well Emmy is 1 in 2 weeks, she has just cut her third bottom tooth after cutting the first 2 at 7 months then nothing!
She is getting 4 top teeth now, but they are just under the skin, the fangs are going to be first, oh joy lol
On the other end of the scale.

DD got her first 2 bottom teeth at 10 months and then didn't get any more until she was 18 months old. I got a bit worried and asked the dentist about it as other kids seemed to have quite a mouthful compared to her.

He pointed out that as I still had some baby teeth at the age of 18, she is like me and they were likely to come through later and last longer.
My eldest son was 9 months old when he got his first tooth - but I wasn't too worried as Mr Spudqueens sister was 17 months old when she got her first tooth!
