emotional changes in girls at puberty
Does anyone know of a book that I can get for my almost--11 year old which will help her cope with the emotional turmoil of puberty?
She is completely aware of all the physical changes that will happen and knows - at least in theory - what to expect. The emotional roller coaster is causing world war 3 in the household and we all end up screaming at each other. I would like to understand what I can do to help, but more importantly I want to give her something that she can read for herself written for her age group specifically and not some scientific tome.

but it is an excellent book. It deals with all sorts of stuff (like the need to keep clean, including how to wash!). Have a look for it in your local book shop and see what you think.
