if 2 boy twins got together with another set of female twins and had children.. (these sets of twins are from different familes.. and forget about the insest-ness of it all) anyway so if the 2couples had a child each say both boys would they look the same?

And the children resulting from both couples wouldn't have any more chance of looking the same as "normal" cousins would, because that is all they would be. Even if there is an extra blood relation compared to "normal" cousins (ie: mums would be sisters AND dads would be brothers, whereas you only get one of each usually), the chances of them looking anymore alike than just cousins are infinitesimal, I think.
Now I'm going to lie down, because I've confuzzled myself....lol

Presuming you are mean the parents are identical twins the children would probably be more alike than most cousins.
However each child is made up of half the genes from each of their parents. The two halves contibuted by the first couple would not be exactly the same as the two halves contributed by the second couple.
Genetically the children would be as closely related as siblings.
