I'm not sure about removing the stain but if it's any help, a solution of baking soda and water should neutralise any odour including this one.

Oxyclean works on stain and odour. It's also non-bleach and won't harm the fabric.

Try using a solution of biological washing powder and water. The washing powder breaks down the emzymes in the urine and therefore gets rid of the smell as well. The same applies for vomit. It really does work!!
