lol, it is classed as swearing

Sorry, Ive never used one, i always just cut meat up very small and mashed everything else with a fork. But it depends on age of baby i suppose.

Hi, thats ok, well actually she is nearly 9 months old, but a very small one that lol, if she has a lump in her mouth from any food the food that she has eaten comes back to greet you, lol, so this is why i really need to get one cos ours is broken and needed a good but reasonable priced one. x
Just a thought - depending where you're going, foreign parts often have more of these gizmo's than we do. French supermarkets for example can have an amazing array of hand-held moulinex grinders.
if you must use these appliances why not take a rechargeable hand held blender,we use these everyday for our service users, who have reflux issues and have to have there food blended smooth, and you can control how blended the food has to be!!!!

Puddicat, i have a hand held blender does that really do the job ok? xx
hi

a hand helder would do the job, maybe even better than a baby mincer and its less space.

sure i got my one from tesco or asda for about 4.97
Question Author
Hi and thank you i will use the hand held one then. xx
use a spud masher
yep hand held blenders have come a long way since i first had one, as you are going abroad maybe a battery operated or rechargeable one would be best, just get a special adaptor!!!
