Usualy children are older - at puberty - before the notion that sex is something their parents do actually occurs to them.
You need to have a chat with your sone - does ytour name indicate that you or your husband are step-parents? If so, he may just be feeling insecure if he sees you being physically close.
Try and ensure that you offer as much affection as he wants, verbal and physical, to ensure he feels a full and valued member of the family, and hopefully his anger will disipate.
Also, have a chat with his teacher, and make sure there are no issues at schol of which you are unaware.
