peter187? unless it signifies something really important, then well, it might make him think that he is just one of the millions of Peter's (my brother is peter) and that he dosen't matter so his mom had to number him, so she could tell him apart and that his mom obviously didn't care that much about him because she named him 187, but if she has good reason to, then go ahead, it might be concidered a little wierd, but what isn't these days?

unlike in sweden, in the uk there are no laws governing children's names. however, the registrar will advise you about the possible consequences for your son in the future (bullying, etc)

You probably could. and when your getting your baby baptised, the preist will just stop and stare at you for a few seconds and syas ooooooookkkk I baptise you in the name of the father and the son and the holy spirit. So by naming your child this would make a priest come from a church, to a mental hospital, then your kid hating you for calling you with a number, but yet again, people in the olden times were named such as Henry the first and all that! You want to call him 187 coz you hear it in american gangsta rap songs all th etime- it means 1-8 section (7) its a charge of possesing a firearm i think, thats why they rap about it. Personally i think you should leave the phrase to 50cent , emeniem , Ja Rule and all of them and not scar your kid with it coz yes he would get bullied !
